CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 14-Day Free Trial (No Card Required & No Automatic Conversion)

Eligible new users receive a 14-day free trial upon registration with no credit card or payment method required. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Recurring monthly billing begins only after the user actively and explicitly authorises payment via PayFast.

2. How Customers Cancel

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty or minimum contract period. To cancel, please submit a written cancellation request from your registered account email address to:

3. How Recurring Billing Is Stopped

Upon receipt of a cancellation request, Vasbyt submits a cancellation request to the payment provider (PayFast). Future recurring subscription payments will stop once cancellation is confirmed by the payment provider.

Cancellation does not take effect and future billing is not confirmed stopped until confirmation is received from the provider. If provider confirmation is delayed, customers will be notified of the pending status until confirmation is received.

4. Continued Access Until End of Paid Billing Period

Cancellation stops future charges while preserving access: you retain full access to all paid Vasbyt applications (VasbytPG, VasbytFlow, VasbytWork, VasbytCrop, VasbytFuel, and VasbytSign) until the end of your current paid billing period, subject to applicable law.

5. What Happens to Existing Farm Records

Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your records. Existing records (including farms, orchards, spray recommendations, chemical spray records, fertilizer logs, irrigation cycles, worker and payroll entries, harvest tonnage logs, vehicle and fuel logs, and signed documents) are retained so that users may resubscribe and resume access.

However, record retention and future availability remain subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and actual data-retention practices. Vasbyt does not promise permanent or indefinite storage.

6. VasbytMark Farmers Marketplace

VasbytMark is completely free with 0% commission. Marketplace access is never restricted when a paid subscription expires. VasbytMark does not process payments between buyers and sellers; produce transactions and payment settlement occur directly between independent buyers and sellers.
